German

This UNIQ course will build on your German language skills with daily sessions at the Language Centre, followed by brilliant lectures and seminars where you will explore the German language in film, theatre, poetry and narrative.

Studying medieval to contemporary German works and important literary figures such as Kafka and Kleist, you will get a real taste of an undergraduate German degree at the University of Oxford. You will also delve into German film and drama to explore a further aspect of German culture.

During the week you will also have access to the fantastic Taylorian and Bodleian Libraries for private study and preparation for your tutorial, the culmination of your UNIQ week.
