Course description
At Oxford, Geography is an interdisciplinary degree course which bridges the social and natural sciences. This UNIQ course gives you the opportunity to explore geographical perspectives on the interrelationship between society and the physical and human environment.
The course will be taught by human and physical geographers from the School of Geography and the Environment and will explore a diverse range of topics that are covered in the undergraduate curriculum. These include topics such as geopolitics, biogeomorphology, the geography of food, changing representations of the environment and desert geomorphology.
The course will be taught through lectures and some small group interactive sessions. Readings will be suggested for you to explore some of these ideas in more detail.
